Saute the garlic, onions, hotdogs, and ground meat.
When properly browned, add the pack of tomato paste.
Add the entire can of tomato sauce on to the mixture. Let boil. Season to desired saltiness and sweetness.
Fill a pot with water, add some salt and oil. Put in pasta and wait until water boils. When pasta is soft, test if al dente by throwing a small strand at the wall. If it sticks, it's done.
Take out the hot water and add some ice to stop the pasta from cooking. Move pasta to the sauce pan and mix, making sure that all the noodles are covered with the sauce.
Grate cheese over it.
