Nothing beats a hot summer day but a scoop of home-made ice cream.
Ingredient and Portion
500g Whip Cream
250g Condensed Milk
250g Evaporated Milk
1 tsp vanilla
Seasoning
Flavors: (CHOOSE ONE)
Oreo cookies.
Mango
Peaches
Strawberries
etc.
Method
1. Whip the cream. Gradually add the condensed milk and evaporated milk while mixing.
2. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix again.
3. Placed in a tin can. Preferrably an old ice cream can.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Bring out the ice cream. Add the flavor of your choice(my choice is a pack of crushed Oreo cookies.) Mix the ice cream.
6. Placed the ice cream back to the freezer for 2 to 4 hours.
7. ENJOY!!!
Tips
Serve with bananas, chocolate chips, and fruits.
