1kl. grated cassava 1 1/4 cup sugar 3 cups coconut milk 1 can condensed milk 2 eggs beaten 1 cup buko 1/4 cup melted butter 1/2 cup grated cheese 2 tsp. vanilla
add more grated young coconut on top to make it so tempting to eat.
Grease baking pan with butter. Combine cassava, sugar, coconut milk, eggs, vanilla, butter and buko. Pour into baking pan & bake at 400F. When almost done top with condensed milk and grated cheese continue baking until golden brown.
add a little of water on the mixture or until desired consistency achieve to soften the texture of cassava when its done.
