Just a few months before they closed for renovation, I was lucky enough to try the deep fried Oreo at Kanto Freestyle in Marikina. The place is a bit hard to find but luckily I was with hubby who knew the ins and outs of Marikina. The restaurant is located at the street corner and beside a car wash. It's a huge kubo style place that serves amazing breakfast items all day. I tried the Deep Fried Oreo for dessert. It's amazing. Yes a bit oily and crunchy for a dessert but the Oreo cookies are well encased in a crunchy and flaky shell with chocolate syrup drizzled all over the plate. I don't know how they do this, I really want to imitate at home to serve my little girl. Best plan is, they reopen SOON so we can visit again
