Prawn spring roll with chili sauce - Crisp & plump
Pandan chicken
Morning glory
Crispy catfish salad
Chicken Curry
A city filled with international dining options. People's Palace was a pleasant surprise. I loved the ambiance, which was crisp, modern and very cosmopolitan. Staff was very polite and well versed with the menu, helpful, a definite class act.

The very first thing you should order was their superb prawn spring rolls with chili sauce.. big whole prawn in each crispy wrap was luxurious .
Crispy catfish with green mango salad was a mix of flavors & textures - the sour green mango playing against the sweet & salty dressing, the crispy catfish & nuts playing against the tender mango, and a little bit of zing from the red chili peppers was a refreshing starter .
Pad thai was also good. I liked the way they kept it fresh and light in flavor. Not too salty and not too sweet unlike most Thai restaurants I have tried.... not over powering in any way.
Crispy lapu-lapu fillets with red curry and basil was cooked very nicely - skin was crispy and the meat soft & juicy.
Pandan chicken ...It's actually not one of my personal favorites, but it's always safe to have when ordering for a group, as it seems to please nearly everyone
However, if you like spicy Thai food u may be a bit disappointed as they seem to 'tone it down' a bit. The Tom yam goong also lacked a bit of punch & oomph in that the sour and lemon tastes were more muted than I am used to... I had this returned & tweaked in the kitchen & they readily obliged & came out divine
Morning glory with crispy Pork had sauteed morning glory mixed with pieces of deep-fried pork. I found that the pork was not quite crispy, dish to be over-flavored - a bit too salty & spicy. thus required a lot of rice.... carb-loading frenzy !!!
Chicken curry was very mild. It’s perfect for those who don’t like hot curries....aromatic chicken curry tasted typical
Dessert...sticky rice ... It was so good although some of the mangoes were very sour.
It has a great balance of great food taste, excellent service & while pricey by Manila standards it isn't over the top (you get more than what you pay for) and is therefore a great value in that sense to enjoy the pinnacle of Siam cuisine

Other Info. :
Spiciness are a bit tone down... So let the chef know if u want it really spicy like me ... To avoid disappointment ☺️☺️
