Kuse add up to the line of traditional Filipino cuisine and their best seller is one of a kind as well. Kuse puts a whole new twist to BBQ Beef Back Ribs Adobado . Adobo is probably the most famous Filipino dish and Kuse cooked it in a way like it was Adobo. The meat was so tender it nearly fell off the bone, just like ribs should be. The sweet, salty taste of it is really mouth watering, the scent itself is enough to make me full.
I paired it with adobo rice which made it more perfect and equally complete.

We also get to try the Manila beer, it was good but nothing that special. It is worth trying though. We weren't there to get drunk anyway so might as well check out all the food.

The ambiance in Kuse was perfect, it wasn't loud so you can have a good conversation without having to shout to hear each other; the service was fantastic, the adobo ribs were perfect for dinner.
