Have you eaten in a new restaurant? Do you want to share your dining experience but don't know how? OpenRice can help you with that. If you are clueless on how things work in this website, you can follow these steps so you could navigate your way through OpenRice.com. Sharing your food adventures can never be this easy!

Become an OpenRice member:

You have two options if you want to be an OpenRicer: Register New Account or Login with Facebook.

1. A. Register New Account
   
   
   1. 1. Choose location where you want to register. [ view screenshot ]
   2. 2. Click “Register” located at the top most part of the page. [ view screenshot ]
   3. 3. Fill-up the registration form and submit. [ view screenshot ]
   4. 4. Check your email and verify your registration. [ view screenshot ]
   
   
   
2. B. Login with Facebook
   Opting to use your Facebook account also allows you to automatically post your new reviews on your profile. Now that you are an OpenRice member, you are now called an OpenRicer!

   2. 2. Click “Login with Facebook” located at the top most part of the page. [ view screenshot ]
   3. 3. Login to your Facebook account. [ view screenshot ]
      
      

Search for Restaurant or Food Establishment:

1. 1. Type the name of the restaurant, location and/or other keywords on the search box on the top of the page.

2. 2. Use other advanced search pages to search for specific categories.

Submit Reviews: (See Terms and Conditions in writing reviews)

1. 1. Login to your OpenRice account. [ Login Link | Login Box ]
2. 2. Search for the restaurant you want to review or write about.
   1.     • If the restaurant is not listed, you may suggest a restaurant and fill in the necessary information. [ view screenshot ]
3. 3. In the search results, select the right restaurant branch you are looking for. [ view screenshot ]
4. 4. In the restaurant’s profile, click on the “Write a Review” tab. [ view screenshot ]
5. 5. Start writing your review and submit. [ view screenshot ]
   
   
   •       Upload and insert photos in reviews:
     
     
   •       a) Click the “Upload” (for single photo) or “Launch Photo Batch Uploader” (for multiple photos) button.

   •       b) Click “Add Photos” button [ view screenshot ]
   •       c) Select all the photos you want to upload from your PC and click “Open” [ view screenshot ]
   •       d) Select description of the photos and add captions and click “Upload All”. [ view screenshot ]
   •       e) In the body of your review, place the cursor where you want to insert the specific photo within the text and click the
                image’s “Insert” function. [ view screenshot ]

Terms & Conditions in writing reviews:

•     • Reviews with at least 2 photo attachments are preferred.

•         - No duplicating of photos. Photos used in 1 review must not be used in another restaurant’s branch review.
•         - Photos copied from other websites or blogs are not acceptable.
•         - All photos must be related to the review.
•         - Entries with no photos are not qualified for the promo.
•         - Do not use external photo links or photos copied from other websites

•     • No plagiarism. Reviews and photos must be original.
•     • Reviews must be unbiased.
•     • Avoid the use of indecent language and/or indecent images
•     • Avoid making excessive or unreasonable speculation in the review
•     • Avoid the excessive promotion in the text or image
•     • Avoid using words or pictures with libelous content or personal attacks
•     • Do not put delete illegal content
•     • If the review contains serious complaints, please provide related photos and other relevant evidences to indicate and
          confirm the truth of your review as well as agree to bear all possible legal liability.
•     • All entries will be reviewed and approved by OpenRice editor.

Map on Facebook:
Shares all your activities in OpenRice.com on your Facebook account.

2. 2. Go to your MyOpenRice page to see your profile. [ view screenshot ]
3. 3. Click the “Click here to add more information” in your profile page to update your profile. [ view screenshot ]
4. 4. Click on the Facebook Setting and click on the “Click here to configure setting” button. [ view screenshot ]
5. 5. Login to your Facebook account.[ view screenshot ]
6. 6. Check the “Allow OpenRice to share your review on Facebook automatically.” Click on confirm button. [ view screenshot ]
