Big Appetite at Little John's
2011-07-27I've always seen Little John's whenever we visit Camp John Hay. So out of pure curiosity, we decided to have lunch at this little nook. The first thing I noticed was that one side of the wall is covered with the drawings of diners...
The place is self service, you order your food at the counter but they serve it at your table. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs (with toast bread), beef kebabs for hubby and a burger for my friend. We brought our own bottle of 1.5 L coke and the staff did not mind. They even gave us glasses with ice
The spaghetti with meatballs were really good, the sauce is richly seasoned and the toast was full of butter. I just wish it had more servings. The kebab was nothing special, the beef was a bit tough but the vegetables were fresh (hey, in Baguio, that's expected)
I never got to see what happened to the burger... Our friend swallowed it up and asked for more Coke, hahaha.
Nice place, good food. Oh, and our drawings? Left it there in hope sit would be framed...
