The Twister Fries are Back!!!
2010-10-17I recently saw the advertisement of McDonald's regarding the return of my favorite Twister Fries. So, when I got the chance, I headed for a McDonald's store and bought my favorite McDonald's twister fries. My friend and I were to meet at McDonald's to go to a friend's despedida and another friend's birthday party. We were to meet at around 4:15 pm at the McDonald's store at the Olongapo-Gapan Road at our hometown, the city of San Fernando, Pampanga. Since I got there first, which means my slow-moving friend still wasn't there, which means I would have to wait for some time, I decided to order some food. I always think that it's kind of embarrassing to sit down inside the store and order nothing. I decided to order my favorite Twister Fries. They had a combo for the fries - for 85 pesos, you can already get the fries plus a monster sized McDonald's Float. If you think you can't handle a monster sized float, you may opt to order a regular sized float. But, it's only a 10 peso difference. So, practicality wise, it would be better to order the bigger sized float. I decided to have that one. The crew was actually offering me to try their new flavored float, but I decided to stick to the original Coke float. Finally, I get to try my favorite fries. It wasn't that hot when it was served to me. Nevertheless, if it's your favorite and you have craved for it for a long time, you wouldn't mind if it just came out of the fryer or not. I, for one, actually didn't mind. It was crispy, though. And, the flavor of the Twister Fries that I loved before is still the same. I just love it. You just got to have McDonald's Twister Fries before the promo ends.
