An Enchanting Experience!
Smile 2013-01-25
We had our barkada trip in Enchanted Kingdom.
We decided to had a full heavy dinner in Mang Inasal because were got
tired of having the overpriced hotdog sandwich at the theme park.
In going to Mang Inasal located in Balibago Road you can either rode a tricycle or take a walk.
We rode a trike; yup we were hungry and tired to walk. tongue

Oh dude, we're so famished.
The group ordered PM 1 Paa (barbecued chicken leg and thigh with unlimited rice)
and PM 2 Pecho (barbecued chicken breast and wing with unlimited rice) worth 99 pesos.

Dinner time, the restaurant is flooded with lots of people. Luckily, we found a seat.
The service is fast and the crew were very accommodating. I had 3 and half serving of extra rice.
Sulit talaga! The chicken is well roasted, mouthwatering and huge compare
to other Chicken Inasal food chain.

Our tummies are bloated and really satisfied with the taste and amount of serving.
We had the Selecta Pinoy sorbetes for our dessert.

Ready for another round of rides, we took a walk on our way back to EK.
The fireworks display had started; it can be seen from Mang Inasal.
It was really an enchanting experience!

M.I is MISSION IMPOSSIBLE?
Smile 2011-09-14

For most of us M.I stands for Mission Imposible but for the gang who went all the way from San Juan to Sta. Rosa Laguna to experience nerve racking and deeply exhilirating rides at Enchanted Kingdom, it means Mang Inasal. smile
Oh yes! Since the group noticed how expensive even the simpliest food are inside the magical park, it is but intelligent for us to decide to have our group lunch together at one of the restaurants in Waltermart. The place is so accessible that you could opt to do footworks to and from the park for 10 minutes. But since van is always ready we had to travel at least 3 minutes only.

There are no fancy restaurants around the place and only few choices are around so we do not bother to brainstorm that much and headed straight to where most Filipinos would end up eating. What I am referring to is
Mang Inasal
. I surely believe that most of us have eaten at this quick service restaurant and for sure every dining experience is worth a different kind of story tongue

The place is very spacious. Mang Inasal even installed outside seating to maximize the space. It is clean and very Filipino in appeal. One cannot feel intimidated at the place as it is simple yet beautifully arranged.

I found these stuffs at one corner of the restaurant near the counter area. I rarely see this side table adorned with Mang Inasal items in Manila. And I'm just happy to see that the store has some kind of collectibles too like most restaurants do smile There's magic mug and basket full of Mang Inasal food items.

Lunch time at Mang Inasal is one of the best experiences I had when it comes to group dining. All of us are Filipino and the food which is the reason why we are gathered together, is deeply rooted to our culture as most of the cooking method used is barbecueing- typical of Filipino cuisine. Not only that because some of us is not ashamed of using his/her bare hands in eating-- another tradition that speaks of our nationality smile
One order of Paborito Meal (Paa with Rice), Seven orders of Sulit Meals (1 Pork Barbecue and 7 Chicken BBQ) and extra rice made our lunchtime a grateful and filling note. It was like a fiesta feeling where everybody is at home and no pretensions at all.
