While visiting a friend, she prepared several types of barbecued goodness from Isaw Haus. She got the isaw, pork barbecue and the elusive adidas lol I know all these things pretty much taste the same. The only difference is from the sauce that each barbecue restaurants use. Isaw Haus is quite known because of their sweet, tangy, slightly spicy barbecue marinade. The one that they also use to brush each stick while they cook these meat pieces. The pork barbecue can be paired with rice as ulam but the isaw and the adidas... perfectly paired with some ice cold beer!

I Saw the Best

Before heading to Antipolo for our annual barkada outing, we decided to have lunch at Isaw Haus since it's on the way.

I've heard so many good raves about the place, and I was there hungry and expecting to be fed good food. Hahaha!

Well, it didn't fail me. Their ISAW was the best!!! I think it had a marinade or a sauce with butter as one of the ingredients. It tasted kinda sweet, but when dipped in vinegar or soy sauce, it was superb!

Aside from their famous Isaw, I ordered Sisig rice. It was kinda spicy, but bearable. There were really bits and pieces of chili in the sisig which explains the spicy taste of the dish. Despite the spicy-ness, the sisig tasted so good also.

Overall experience was SUPER GREAT! Good thing also is there's a car wash in the resto that you can have your car washed while enjoying good food. Talk about hitting two birds with one stone, right? smile
