Our breakfast has been completed by Edna's Cakeland delicious BROWNIES & FUDGE BARS.

The pastries were moist inside, chewy, crunchy on the surface and the nuts have been toasted which adds flavor and aroma to the bars.

The brownies were not too sweet so you can eat as much as you want.

They sell these delectable treats for only Twenty Five Pesos (PHP 25) each and surely worth your money.

If you want to experience delicious goodies and sweet treats, then you better head to Edna's Cakeland located at Kapitan Pepe Subdivision Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.

It was Dhai Dhai & Sonny's 3rd Wedding Anniversary when Sonny decided to buy some Edna's delicacies and a bouquet of star gazers for his wife Dhai.

Sonny knows for a fact that Dhai totally digs for Edna's Cakeland.

Sonny is really such a sweet husband.

Dhai was so happy to see these treats on top of her table on their special day.

Sonny took an hour and a half drive to Cabanatuan and back here to Tarlac just to surprise his wife.

Edna's Cakeland is located at Kapitan Pepe Subdivision Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija and it is not just popular in Cabanatuan but also to its near Provinces like here in Tarlac City.

I hope they branch out too in the very near future since many people are requesting for Edna's Cakeland already.

When I was working at Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija, Edna's Cakeland in Kapitan Pepe Subdivision has always been our tambayan and food hub.

I love their baked mac here, their cream puffs, cakes, leche flan, food for the goddess, cheese rolls & banana muffins and many many more.

Edna's Cakeland is literally a Cakeland! A pastry haven for the bread lovers out there.

The place is quite big inside and out.

They also have air condition inside Edna's.

The place is very clean as well.

I will highly recommend you guys try Edna's Cakeland if you happen to pass by Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija.

It is just at the right side after the gate of Kapitan Pepe Subdivision.

One of my favorite desserts is brownies and in one fine morning I received a “pasalubong” from one of my generous friend. It was a box of brownies from Cabanatuan. I like it because it has lavish amount of crunchy nuts and raisins on top of it. The taste has the right amount of sweetness and it was deliciously chewy but tender. It was freshly bought and was not overly baked. It was one gift that I will always be looking forward to.

Personal Review: As we hurdle our day to day works in the office, having generous officemates is a blessing. And we were fortunate that we have several of them. On one particular day, we were lucky enough to have a gift from one of them. The giver called it "mamon" and as I research for this particular cakeland, I came across with the same delicacy call "taisan" and the pictures was very similar to what we had. Anyway, whatever we call it, "mamon or taisan", it was deliciously sweet, creamy and cheesy. It has a cake like consistency and melt-in-your mouth feel. The textures was still soft and fine as we ate some of it one day later. For P 200/box, it is an affordable treat. Each box contains 16 munchable pcs. It also a good "baon" for our children. I hope they can make a branch here in Metro Manila. If you happen to go to the northern part of Luzon, do visit this place for your pasalubong back home. Your loved ones will love it.

Everytime my officemate go in his hometown at Cabanatuan City, he always gave us “Pasalubong” and Edna’s Cakeland was never forgotten. Edna’s Cakeland is pretty much a commonplace in their hometown because of their buttery, yummy pastries. Too bad Cabanatuan City is a long drive from Quezon City to make these scrumptious sweets a regular treat.What I like at Edna’s Cakeland is the Taisan. What is Taisan? Some says it is a chiffon cake or what you call “a sponge cake”. The term sponge in culinary arts is normally used to denote foods made with beaten egg whites. The light and delicate structures of sponge cakes rely on steam and air from foamed or beaten egg whites. And so, egg white is the major leaving agent.Cakeland’s Taisan is softer, the grain is finer and the taste is absolutely creamier. It is brushed with butter, sprinkled with sugar and topped with grated cheese. It has been said that it is similar with mammon but truly as the name says it will definitely melt in your mouth.If ever I will get a chance to visit Cabanatuan, I may visit Edna’s Cakeland.

is one of my favorite restaurants. I used to come here with my friends and colleagues from AXA Philippines and Metrobank and it always satisfies my craving/s of LECHE FLAN. If you haven’t been to Edna's Cakeland in Kapitan Pepe Subdivision Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, I recommend you visit and order their Cheese Rolls, Ensaymada, Food for the Gods, Chicken Pot Pie, Cakes, Cupcakes, Spaghetti, Carbonara, Tarts, French breads and Croissant. Damage to the budget is usually Three hundred pesos below or above for a box (PHP 300) and definitely worth it!

If Mernels is famous in Los Banos then Cabanatuan has Edna's Cakeland. I’m addicted to their cheese rolls. Whenever we had business trip in Cabanatuan I always buy from them. All of their products taste good and of high quality. You can taste that they did not sacrifice the ingredients for the taste and quality. A bit pricey but it’s worth your money. No wonder that even they are located inside a subdivision, they still have a lots of customers. Their cheeserolls are like Mary Grace’s. I find their ensaymada more delicious than Mary Grace. I bought cheeserolls, cream puff and taisan bread as “pasalubong” and they were all happy to say that it was indeed a delicious find. They have nice boxes too.
Actually we had hard time looking for the place because the signage is small and covered by the parking vehicles.
