It was such a great experience dining at Dulang in Pampanga Diamond Subd, Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga I was with my band mates Kelvin, pax, pearl, ivan when I went there and we enjoyed it a lot. You can enjoy the different ffilipino native dishes for only 99 pesos! but I liked Kare Kare the most because of its very native and creamy taste . I highly recommend dining at Dulang

Eat all you can Pampanga Style
Just OK 2010-10-17
Where can you find an eat all you can dinner for only 99 pesos! We have it here at Pampanga! Before every restaurant in the metro started offering buffet style eat all you can for only 99 pesos, a small unknwon restaurant started to offer this. Dulang restaurant is a eat all you can til you die buffet dining place situated in City of San Fernando Pampanga. The name Dulang originated from the old style of dining/eating in Pampanga where the family eats in a low rise table and seats on the floor.

Environment
Dulang has this homely ambiance and appeal. Its facade features a modernized bahay kubo. Inside, you have two choices where you can dine. One option is the old table and chairs while the other is eating dulang-style where you seat on the floor and eat a low rise table. The interiors is consistent with the facade and employing the old homely style of a bahay kubo. The whole interior is mostly wood or kawayan. They also have a pond in the entrance for added appeal .

Food
The buffet consist of 5 dishes excluding the desserts and soups. For P99, I was expecting some poorly cooked, almost inedible food. But apparently, it was a pretty decent meal. They have this adobo that has chicken strips rather than the whole chicken parts but it tasted like any other adobo. The sinigang soup was also great with the right blend of "asim". It is a good appetizer to jump start your appetite.

Waiter/Staff
The staff were also accommodating. Despite paying only a small amount, they are still courteous. Unlike in other restaurants wherein waiters don't pay particular attention to those ordering small amount. Refilling of food is done immediately if a particular dish has been consumed.

Overall
Recommended for people with large stomach but with a tight budget. You can fill up your gas without spending too much and still enjoy the taste of your food.
