The batter is not that thick. It is even flavorful and it coats the Ebi (Shrimp) well.
The Ebi inside is very tasty too.
Cooked just right, tender and not that hard to bite. Unlike other Tempura, the shrimp was over-cooked that is why it becomes like a rubber band. heheh!
Foods in Sushi-ya are very affordable too.
For two persons already, you can spend PHP 200 (Two Hundred Pesos) per head for a very decent and delicious Japanese indulgent.
I would definitely love to visit other branches of Sushi-ya in the future with my loved ones.
