Gloria Maris

My family and I have been going to this place ever since I was a kid. We love how everything still tastes the same after all these years. My dad loves their hot pot, wherein you can have two varieties of soups at once. Their menu is still extensive, but everything tastes good, their service is nice, with the staff all courteous and very welcoming, and the place's vibe is warm and very chill.

Gloria Maris is my favorite Chinese food chain in Manila. The environment of this restaurant in Alabang is very cozy and the colors are vibrant, it makes me feel like I'm somewhere else, like I'm somewhere in Beijing celebrating a Chinese event.

The servers are very friendly as well and the food is great. They always have dimsum ready for you. They have this mobile food tray with all the steamed dumplings and siomai. You don't have to wait, you get your dimsum right away - hot and delightful. You do have to wait for some appetizers and entree to be cooked for a little while but the wait is worth it if you order the right stuff. The food are pricey though.

We ordered lots of dimsum, peking duck, sweet and sour pork and a bunch of different entrees that I wasn't able to took a pic because I couldn't wait to taste this authentic Chinese cuisine once again! I will try hot pot next time. Prices of dimsum ranges from 100 to 150. Main entree is around 300pesos but is good for 3 people.

Gloria Maris offer scrumptious and delectable Chinese dishes. The place has a fine dining atmosphere and of course most of the customers were Chinese. It has also a very light ambiance and it’s very cozy too. I forgot the name of the food that we ordered but it was a crab and it was really appetizing. My family enjoyed our dining experienced at Gloria Maris. It’s a little bit pricey but your money worth the food. I am definitely going back to this place.

It was a Sunday and my family and I usually have our lunch outside. After a mass, we went to Gloria Maris in Alabang Town Center. The place has a really nice ambiance and they serve excellent Chinese dishes. We ordered sweet and sour pork, rice and roasted chicken. The serving was really huge. The taste? Super delicious! I particularly love the sweet and sour pork. The crispiness and the taste of its sauce remind me of the dish my lola usually cook. I really love eating at this kind of restaurants especially with my family. Can’t wait for our next lunch out and family day!
