My friend from abroad wants some “pasalubong” coming from Red Ribbon
since her parents are going there for a quick vacation.
I went there yesterday to pick up the breads she has requested. Ever since that I was young, I'm a big fan of Red Ribbon cakes, breads and even their meals. However, lately, I seldom go there because of so many other restaurants to choose from. But if it for cakes, I'd truly recommend Red Ribbon.
A couple of months back, I've been hearing and seeing so many ads all over the Metro of this Yummy Cheese Roll
from Red Ribbon. I've been buying cheese rolls from another famous bakeshop before. It may be a bit pricey but the taste was so worth it. When I heard about this new product of Red Ribbon, I got curious because it was much lesser than the one I've been buying. Also, it's from Red Ribbon so I think there's nothing much to lose when it comes to the taste.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to actually try their Yummy Cheese rolls
. I bought like 6 pieces of it so I could share them to my family. And if I'll like it, I'd probably keep them to myself.
Yummy Cheese Rolls
As expected, their bread is really good. Red Ribbon is known for baking soft and delicious breads, cakes and pastries. The rolls is soft, sweetened with sugar combined with a touch of butter. I was surprised how generous they have become in putting the cheese inside the roll. I somehow expected that they'll put a small piece of cheese inside the bread which won't matter to me because the bread alone is already delicious. I didn't expect that until I reached the last bite there is still cheese to enjoy.

And because of that experience, I have now a new place where I can get cheese roll for a lower price but still quality wise. For those who are interested, it only cost 25 pesos a piece. Oh by the way, since I was so delighted, I also bought some for my friend in abroad so she will be able to enjoy it like I did.
