Project Pie is the newest Pizza store in front of the former Cherry Foodarama (and now S&R). Sabi nila sa mga Villar daw tong mga establishments dito. Well, moving on with my review, meduo konti lang tao nung pumunta ako kasi bandang hapon o baka konti lang talaga customers nila.
At least something na you don't see every so often, it is a great option for pizza lovers.
Sweet creations, literally Project Pie is a one of a kind pizza place. You can make your own pizza by choosing the toppings you want. It can be a healthy veggie pizza or a hearty one with loads of meat and sauce. In our case, we were looking for something sweet. We found the Nutella and Banana pie from the Sweet section of the menu and decided to try that. It was a bit crowded since a lot of customers were dying to try the unique place. I was glad we had a heavy meryenda so at least we did not ind the wait. The pizza is served in a tray with your name on it to help you feel more like you made it
The pie was sweet and delicious. A bit weird to have warm nutella and bananas but the smell was amazing. The bananas were ripe and the nutella was a lot considering it's a fairly expensive ingredient. We plan to come back next time here with our daughter.
Nothing could be more empowering than pointing that slice of ham and bacon put on top of a personal sized crust. add a few more choice goodies (pepperonis, meatballs, caramelized onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, etc) and nothing short of heaven will come out off the oven. and Yes, you can go crazy with the cheese. you are encouraged to go all out - as long as it fits
If there is one project that I would love to work on, it is the project that is food related. LOL! Project Pizza grant just that as I have worked rather ate their pizza pefection. Yummy pizzas they have here and friendly staffs too, unlike the stressed out ones in bigger pizza chains, here they are all smiles. Great overall experience!
it was definitely worth going out of the way to, considering the traffic that you'll have to brave going to a little pizza place, but once you get there you'll never regret it. we tried one of their own creation as this was our first time, and if it will be yours as well, this is a good start as you can order 4-in-1 combi, that way you can experiment on your own later (of course, you can create your own "project pie" on your first go). 1 can easily finish a whole pizza and still have room for dessert (as my daughter said, she has a "separate stomach just for dessert"), it was so good that I didn't "notice" that I was stuffing myself to the brim.
try it yourself, if you haven't done so yet! we'll surely comeback, again and again and again...
