Boneless daing na bangus
Smile 2013-11-28

   Boneless daing

For breakfast, nag order ako ng Boneless daing na bangus sa Pancake House. It costs 150 bucks , medyo may kamahalan pero sulit na sulit naman sa lasa. Aside from being boneless, which means very convenient kainin, napakasarap din ng lasa nito so very much worth it naman ang binayad ko. Plus it comes with egg toppigs to complete the combo.

Breakfast Meal
Smile 2013-07-20

It was in Bonifacio High Street last Sunday Morning with a very good friend of mine when we decided to have breakfast in Pancake House,

I ordered their Ham and Cheese Omelette with toast worth 147pesos and of course a cup of hot coffee for I cannot start my day right without it. smile

The food's great especially when you add hot sauce on your omelette. smile

I recommend their Pancakes for I have tried them before, must try is their pancake with crushed ripe bananas inside topped with syrup worth 158pesos. I also recommend their Perfect Match which consist of crispy bacon, eggs, toast, hash brown and butter best partnered with a hot cup of coffee all worth 249pesos.

I know that Pancake House is famous for its sweet and fluffy pancakes. The quality of their pancakes are just something else... But, aside from their pancakes, this Pancake House also offers sandwiches and even the "Best Taco in Town".

The best taco in town is one of the best taco I've ever had. The taco alone can make me want to beg for more. It has lots of cheese on top too. Here we go again with the cheese. tongue

Aside from the taco, you might want to try their chocolate drink with vanilla ice cream on top. YUMMY!

Hearty meal
Smile 2013-01-24
I simply LOVE going to Pancake House because I'd always leave the place with a really full and happy stomach. My friends and I would often hang out here because of its location and its really friendly staff. It's fun to people watch while eating really good food.

I love their big set meals because it's so filling and really worth the money. For less than 300 bucks, you get the best food, and the best service. I think there'd be nothing better than that.

A Waffle is Like a Pancake with a Syrup Trap <3
Smile 2013-01-22
I just love Pancake House's Caramel Banana Walnut Waffle!<3

And I know I'm not just speaking for myself but for a majority of people who frequent Pancake House. Knowing waffles are at the top of my list next to pancakes, I can't help but fill every square or diamond with thick, sweet, luscious caramel syrup. A waffle really is a pancake with a syrup trap =)) I can't believe I had this for dinner! It was pretty sinful and filling. It made my night smile Thanks, Pancake House! I'll definitely be back to try other sinful breakfast delights, soon!lol

Blueberry
Smile 2012-11-26

One of my favorite fruits is blueberry so every chance I get, I eat it with about anything it would be okay with. This time, It tried the blueberry pancake of Pancake House, I enjoyed it a lot because it is in good combination with their syrup. Now, everytime I am going out for breakfast or lunch-breakfast for that matter, and I crave for pancakes I always try to mimic this pancake.

Pancake House
Smile 2012-09-09

It was such a great experience dining in at The Pancake House in 83 Quadrant of Bonifacio High Street, 5th Ave. Fort Bonifacio, Global City, Taguig City. The last time I went here, I was with my sales team and we decided to have our breakfast meeting on the said restaurant. Their foods are so amazing! And it was truly heaven! Damage to the budget will usually range from 200.00 php to 300.00 php and it is absolutely worth it! I would highly recommend dining in at The Pancake House in Taguig City. I do not regret coming in here.

While people watching
Smile 2012-02-22
Whenever my family and I are at Bonifacio High Street, we like sitting on the sides and watch as people pass by. Nothing special, really; it's just something therapeutic and relaxing for us. We usually stay in a coffee shop, but then since my son tagged along, he wanted to have an early dinner. My son, like myself is picky with his food as well. He only wanted tapa that time. And so we headed to Pancake House. It was located nicely as well, having outdoor tables so we can still people watch while we ate.

We weren't that hungry when we got there, so each one of us got a taco. This dish is one of the most popular fares of Pancake House, and we just can't get enough of it. So yes, we just spent the whole time outside, chatting, and watching as the world went by.

   perfect for people watching

Go Loco with Pancake House!
Smile 2012-01-15

Whenever I hear Pancake House, I literally think of Pancakes and Breakfast Treats. But once you enter this place, you’ll be amazed that it’s more than just plain pancakes. You’ll mouth-water at the sight of their menu since everything just seems so damn good!

We ordered the following dishes:
1.Chocolate Chips Pancakes (P142)- We ordered 2 pieces to have a taste of heaven. The chocolate goodness coupled with the peanut butter is just so deadly. I actually had a bit of sore throat after eating this. The taste just drove me nuts. It’s so good!
2.Mediterranean Pasta Salad (P160)-We wanted to try something healthy but at the same time delicious. This was really good considering there was vegetables too. The sauce just took our breath away.
3.Special Salisbury Steak (P208)-This is my ultimate favorite. The steak is just so good and perfectly done that I just can’t get enough of it.

All-Day Breakfast for Dinner
Smile 2011-10-28
"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day." I have heard and read this statement lots of times already -- from my parents, friends and even health magazines and websites. They say that breakfast is the meal that fuels our body to perform its best.

Although there are studies supporting this claim, I usually tend to skip breakfast. However even if I do not eat my morning meals, I very much love the breakfast food items that I eat them at any time of the day.

A few weeks ago after missing breakfast for the nth time, I was craving for some pancakes while also starving to eat a rice meal. We were in Bonifacio High Street that night, and it was a good thing we chanced upon Pancake House. I had already eaten at this casual dining restaurant but have not yet tried anything aside from their pasta and pancakes.

To deviate from the usual items I order from Pancake House, I chose one from their new brown rice dishes, Salmon Cakes with Brown Rice Tabbouleh (P185). It was a nicely plated dish, especially with the Alfalfa sprouts on top.

Salmon Cakes w/ Brown Rice Tabbouleh

The Salmon cakes were cooked perfectly -- nice and slightly crispy on the outside, and not too soggy nor too hard on the inside. It also came with a dill mayonnaise dip which made the Salmon cakes more interesting to eat. However as much as I like the flavor of this dish, I found the Salmon cakes too small for the plate of brown rice tabbouleh that comes with it. Good thing though, the rice was flavorful on its own.

   Bonoan Fish Steak

My date, on the other hand, had the Bonoan Fish Steak (P208) -- marinated Bangus back, fried and topped with onion rings, served with rice and salted egg. The dish also came with pickled kangkong which I found interesting, but he actually didn't eat.

   Caramel Banana Walnut Pancakes

After our flavorful yet slightly unfilling meal, we ordered their Caramel Banana Walnut 3pcs. Pancakes (P173). As always, the pancakes were cooked perfectly -- light and fluffy. The caramel syrup along with the banana pieces gave the pancake an interesting texture and sweetness, while the walnuts gave it an added nutty-crunch.

   Iced Cappuccino w/ Ice Cream

For beverages, I had Pancake House's Regular Strawberry Milkshake, while my date had Iced Cappuccino with Ice Cream.

THE VERDICT

Pancake House serves quality food items -- flavorful, nicely cooked and pleasing to the eyes. They also have a wide variety of food selection, and one can probably find an item interesting enough to try. However, be wary that meals at this casual dining restaurant are not for the hefty eaters as their portion size is pretty small. And although I will surely be back at any of their branches, I vow not to visit with a starving stomach.

What's in a name Pancake?

What's in a name?
Pancake House is not just a place for breakfast although known for their yummy and fluffly pancakes and plump and delicious waffles, they also boast a wide range of sumptuous meals for the whole family.

We went to Bonifacio High Street the night before my daughter KC's birthday for a stroll and for dinner as usual. It was indeed an eat out birthday dinner and we chose Pancake House because of KC's favorite Classic Pan Chicken - a pan fried chicken, crispy on the outside and succulent and almost milky creamy on the inside.

Pancake House BHS, the Fort is a place to go if you want sumptuous meals paired with casual and cozy ambience. The facade was beautifully made without the thought of hiding what is behind. The restaurant itself glows in artful fusion of lights and the walls are classically decorated by blockbuster movie posters and in effort to make the space appear bigger, mirrors were intelligently installed in the opposite wall. The environment outside boasts of a highly urbanized district with trendy and fashionable people (and pets) frequenting the place.

It was dinnertime when we visited the place and there were a bunch of yuppies, young couples, family and business people around and we finally found a table in the middle. You can actually choose between dining Al Fresco and to comfortably dine inside.
The place is not really that big so if it's peak hours you still have to wait for the tables to be vacated.

We were really hungry that time so we skipped the pancakes and waffles and chose rice, and pasta meals. We ordered Chicken Fillet with Cheesy Spinach Pesto Linguine (195), Pasta Pollo (250),Special Salisbury Steak (208), Asian Salad (176), full serving of Pomodoro (302), Club Sandwich (208) and as usual Classic Pan Chicken (189) and a full serving of the incredibly delicious Spaghetti with meat Sauce (236) for the kids. The service was good.We actually waited for our meals but it's worth the wait because we're satisfied with the presentation of the food, the generous servings and the taste.

 Bugoy likes the ambience :-)

There's no reason why we shouldn't dine at Pancake House the next time we drive and stroll around Bonifacio High Street.

jogging so late
Smile 2010-06-28
It was already 5 in the afternoon and Chloe my friend and I were just very excited to jog at serendra, until suddenly we both decided to drop by to pancake house and some pancake’s first. On my surprise we are both ordering now the large burgers or they call it as House Jumbo Burger, and it was really big. As in, nakakaloka! At first we are hesitant if were gonna cancel the second order. It’s because of the size of the burger.

Until finally pinacancel na naming yung isa pang order and we just shared with one burger. Buti that time we are allowed to share that burger and ofcourse to cancel the second burger that we ordered a while ago.shocked

So now let’s rate the place plus the food. For the place plus the waiters I think I could really say that they are well trained and very nice. They are not annoying even if they keep on smiling to their customers. When it comes to the food I think they have the same taste compared with other branch, the difference is that they serve fast.
So that’s, heading for a great jogging even if it’s already 7 in the evening.

I love Pancake House
Smile 2010-06-02
Pancake house is already in the food industry for a long time now. Since I was a kid, I would order their spaghetti…till now, that is what I still order. Every time I do order spaghetti, I would always remember my childhood days with my sister and cousin coz every Sunday after hearing mass, we would eat at Pancake house.

The spaghetti didn’t change especially the taste, it is the same old. Whenever I would dine in together with my husband or with my friends, I wouldn’t look at the menu coz that I would always order spaghetti.
