The House That Pandesal Built2011-08-23
My family loves breads and cakes. This branch of Pan de Manila was the branch that introduced us to the Pan de Manila family. Every now and then we would stop by here to stock up on different kinds of breads. We like their breads because it can last for days without losing its flavor. This branch though is a little out of the way and probably that is why it has reduced its space in the year since it opened (or was it just my imagination?). With the mushrooming of this franchise, and with so many branches that are nearer my place of work and home, my family has stopped coming here. It seems to me that this branch is darker than the other branches. Or was it the weather? Or is my eyesight getting poorer? Of course nothing beats their freshly baked pandesal until now. My usual merienda is their large pandesal with their guava jelly and peanut butter.
