Bread Alone is Good!
Smile 2013-10-25
Love Outback, not just for the steaks but for the drinks, desserts, salads and the over all ambiance. The best part also is the free baked brown bread that they serve as appetizers. Sometimes we even ask for second helpings and the staff are agreeable. This branch is my favorite because it's bigger and the staff remember you.

We directly ordered our steaks and while waiting, ate the delicious brown bread with their whipped butter. Their signature steaks are USDA Choice cut Angus beef and served with 2 sides. I ordered the Victoria's Filet which is their most tender and juicy cut. For the sides, I had steamed veggies which included broccoli and mashed potatoes. The cook is medium rare because that is the best way to eat steak lol The steak is no easy feat to finish because of it's thick cut at 6 ozs. But steak is my favorite animal and it was gone in 25 minutes lol No gravy needed. Really juicy, a bit expensive at close to a thousand pesos but worth every juicy bite!

Blooming
Smile 2013-06-06
I treated my family here for lunch. We ordered salads, steaks, and other entrees. My favorite is the Bloom, haha. I really like onion rings, and here, the onion is served like a brick on a plate. Of course, I like all the other dishes, everything here tastes superb. But the one item that I would always, always order whenever dining here is the Typhoon Bloom. You should, too!

Steak
Smile 2012-12-12

Outback has been very popular with their Steak. Though quite pricey, outback always delivers the best steak they can give. The meat is so tender, juicy and flavorful. You can really tell that is has been marinated for long so the meat will absorb its taste and have it's flavor in every bite. The steak is well grilled giving me golden brown meat on the outside, but soft and tender meat inside.

   Chicken wings

 the place

Price: 259.00

Description: Deep fried chicken wings with blue cheese dip.

Personal Review: I went out for dinner with my friends from my previous company as part of the celebration of the birthday of one of my staffs there. We dined in at Outback Steak House in Libis Quezon City. This restuarant is well known of their steaks but since we are on a tight budget we just ordered the Kookaburra Wings, this is a deep fried chicken wings with blue cheese as a dip. The food is delicious, the meat is very tender and juicy. I love the blue cheese as well that gives extra flavor to the meat. The service is good and the staffs are very attentive in giving quality service to everyone. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Personal Review: Our boss took us to Outback for lunch since we have hit another milestone in our company’s goal. To celebrate, we’ve ordered Big Ribs on the Barbie and we ate to our heart’s content. The service was so-so since our order arrived a little late but the food definitely tastes great.

Outback in E. Rodriguez Jr., Libis, Quezon City is definitely a must try restaurant. The last time I went here, I was with my de la paz family and we were celebrating my Tito Mark's Birthday. The whole family was there and everyone seems to have enjoyed the course of menu. Uncle Mark really made a good decision on the choices of food. The place was also convenient for our family because it was just near Marikina City. Aside from the excellent dishes that they serve, I have to commend Outback in Libis City for its fast and impressive customer service. The family will surely come back in here.

Para sa ika-100 pagtikim, paglalakbay at kwentuhan
Smile 2011-11-10
Outback Steakhouse (Libis, Quezon City)

Serbisyong maayos at palakaibigan.

Godbless Kaibigan. smile

Therese goes to Outback :) 41

My mother celebrated her 56th birthday at Outback Restaurant. smile

The waiter asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and we said it was my mother's birthday. While we were waiting for our order, they gave us bread and butter. The bread was dark and sweet. The butter was soft and creamy. We were so hungry that we ate it in under five minutes smile

I had a mango kiwi shake that was sweet, creamy and slightly sour. It was a cold and refreshing beverage smile

For appetizers, we ordered a Combination Platter. It features calamari, french fries and chicken wings. The calamari was squid rings dipped in batter and deep fried until nice and crunchy. It's great for seafood lovers like me and my mother. The french fries were cut in thick slices. It was quite crispy and wonderful smile the chicken wings were salty and slightly spicy. It was served with celery sticks. This was served with tomato sauce, ranch dressing and blue cheese dips.

The pasta had a creamy sauce with a light and subtle flavor. It came with well-cooked shrimps that were firm but not too soft or hard. It was just right smile

We also had a full rack of barbecue ribs. The ribs were easy to slice and chew. It had a rich, smoky and savory flavor. We loved the taste of the sauce. It also came with salted thick cut fries that were very delicious smile

When we were done, we heard a group of people singing "Happy birthday". We turned around and we were surprised to find that they were going to our table! They surprised my mother with a birthday song and slice of birthday cake. Happy birthday mommy! We love you! The slice of cake was banana nut cake with whipped cream, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce... truly a sweet tooth's dream! The best part? It was absolutely free smile

Thank you Outback for being so kind and thoughtful! You made our mom's birthday extra happy and memorable smile

Family Reunion at Outback!

 Coaster

Outback has always been one of my favorite restaurants. But it's a bit pricey so we go there only for very special occasions. Luckily, my brother in law and his wife were home from Singapore and since we haven't seen them in several months, we decided to have dinner in Outback Libis.

We just finished mass at a nearby chapel and instead of going to Eastwood (where there were a lot of people), we went to Outback Libis instead. The place has it's own parking space.

We were immediately seated, they have tables for large number of guests. We ordered immediately as we were all hungry. When you're in Outback, you have to steak! I ordered the Filet Mignon, it cost almost a thousand bucks but it comes with 2 sides and your choice of salad or soup, I figure, that's not so bad lol

My husband ordered the Baby Back Ribs Barbie while my brother in law had the chicken ceasar salad and shrimp pasta. He's cutting down from meat that's why he did not order a steak. The ceasar salad was really good, their dressing is not the kind that you can buy from the store.

I ordered my filet mignon medium rare, so the meat was really tender. I didn't even touch the gravy that came with the steak, the meat by itself was really good. The vegetable sides was crisp and fresh. The fresh brown bread that they serve as an appetizer was as good as I remembered. The whipped butter... yummy!

The place also has a play area for kids. They can watch television and play with the educational toys Outback has for them. They also have Wi-Fi! Just ask the friendly staff for the password lol

A Father's Day "Steak Out"
Smile 2010-06-24
Our entire family loves food. While we were studying, my dad would always bring the family out to eat at restaurants of different cuisines. Even on Father's day, he would still be the one to treat us out! Well now that my siblings and I are already working, we decided to make Father's day special to my food-loving dad. For lunch, My sister decided to treat the entire family and reserved a place at Outback Steakhouse in Libis.

Our family sat down and ordered the "Dad's Day Family Set", a set meal that is good for four which included: Outback Nachos, Slow Roast Beef Tenderloin, Apple Barbeque Ribs and, Creamy Fish Linguini.

I'd have to say that not the entire meal was stellar, despite my high hopes. There were high and low notes to the meal. Our family was surprised with the size of the serving of the Nachos, which was more like a Nachos salad, crunchy corn and blue grain nachos were topped with shredded lettuce, beef, tomatoes and, just enough ranch dressing to season the chips and yet keep them quite crispy. The Slow Roast Beef Tenderloin was cooked perfectly, each bite of the beef tender and juicy all the way. It was a stark contrast to its raw and bland Spinach salad side; the spinach was barely blanched, still having that bitter taste and the pretty-to-look-at-not-good-to-eat seafood puff pastry. It was the same story for the Apple Ribs. Each bite of the ribs had only a hint of apple which went with the char-grilled smokey taste that the ribs had. However, the garlic potato pancakes seemed to spoil everything, one would rather leave it to the side of your dish. The Creamy Fish Linguini was one consistent winner, with the fish crisp and perfectly seasoned and the pasta savory, warm and hearty.

But all is well with my food-loving Father, he loved steak and we all had a good time at Outback anyway, especially because the waiters and even the manager was attentive to our every need. It's a place for the family, a place where you can treat your dad like a king (as long as you pay for his food that is XD).
