Videoke with Friends
Smile 2013-11-06

My weekends usually were spent with friends either going on a bar or by singing our hearts our at a videoke house. Music match is one of our usual whereabouts when it comes to singing. We like the spacious rooms they offer and that the songs are always updated. They also served beers with lots of choices as beer match. The food are delicious too and you can either have dinner or just order that will go with your beer.

We're Back Again
Smile 2013-04-19
It's been a while since my friends and I set foot here at Music Match because our schedules were really crazy for the past months after Christmas.

I was excited when one Sunday we had a chance to unwind and picked this place to hang-out. Music Match has awesome food. Honestly, we haven't ordered anything yet that we got disappointed with.

The Tokwa't Baboy was great. The tofu was cooked very well. It was fried but not toasted. The meat was very crispy. I loved it so much.

However, you have to eat it immediately because since the room is air-conditioned, there is a tendency that the food gets cold in an instant.

Music Match Experience
Smile 2013-02-12

My friends and I are really videoke addicts. Whenever we have a get together, might it be simple or a big event, my friends would also insists to rent a karaoke or if not, go to KTV Bar instead.
One time, we have decided to try Music Match at 270 Tomas Morato cor. Sct. Limbaga. In Tomas Morato, Quezon City. To be more specific, you can find them at the third level of Forum Bldg.

The place will be perfect place for a barkada bonding. You will surely like the ambiance. The food that they usually serve all commendable. Also, their service is fast and it was impressive, indeed.

We will surely come back in here and have some good time, again!

Fruit Platter for Videoke?
Just OK 2012-12-17

After my husband's birthday dinner with friends and family, we decided to go for few drinks while singing our hearts out at Music Match with friends. We availed their Php 2000++ promo wherein we get to sing for 3 hours plus we have bottes of beer and set servings of pulutan. I was amazed that a fruit platter was included in that promo. A mixture of pineapple, grapes, apple, watermelon, papaya and orange was served to us. The fruits are delicious, some are sweet and some our too sour but I think fruit platter does not match and does not go well with beers.

I Miss This
Smile 2012-08-02
For the past months, my friends and I go here at least once a week to unwind, sometimes drink, eat, and sing until wee hours in the evening.

But for the past couple of weeks, our schedule just won't meet until recently. I love going here because their rates are very reasonable and their food are delicious and it only costs a little over 200 pesos good for three persons already.

   Nacho

Their Nachos are good. I recommend this dish. The toppings were served separately. I love the dip/dressing which until now we could not decide whether it's sour cream, or cheese with mayonnaise. smile

The only comment that I have for Music Match is I hope they add more songs in it. tongue

Ever Dependable Platter
Smile 2012-06-22

 Free One Hour

A videoke bar along Tomas Morato that serves good food while you sing.

   Sample Platter

Price: P220

Description: The platter consists of fries, cheese sticks, chicken lollipop, and calamares with dip.

Personal Review: Whenever my friends and I unwind here at Music Match, singing whole-heartedly even if out of tune will never be complete without pica-pica.

So far, Sampler Platter has been our constant finger food because it is easy to eat while singing and their cheese sticks taste so good.

Among all the food, my favorite is their cheese sticks and chicken lollipop. Sometimes their calamares is hard to chew. It seems that the squid was overcooked. Also, it has a "malansa" smell.

The dip is like a combination of ketchup and mayonnaise which tastes good with our fried dishes.

Overall, we will always come back here at least once a week because of the promo of free one hour for a minimum of two hours of singing, because the staff here are nice, because the food is good, and because this has been (so far) the most affordable videoke bar here. I hope they add more songs soon. tongue

I Think Mom will love Music Match
Smile 2012-05-09
My mom would really have a great time here at Music Match because this a good place to unwind especially after having a week of working.

Besides singing your heart out with your family and/or with close friends, Music Match also serves delicious appetizers like Sizzling Tofu.

   Sizzling Tofu

This was the first time that we ordered this and it was quite good. It's healthy because it's Tofu and it's flavorful because of the spices that they added. Perfect for pica-pica while singing your favorite song. smile

The Party Continues
Smile 2012-03-26
I thought Music Match's Promo of 2 hours plus 1 of singing was until the month of February but I was wrong. They have extended it until March maybe because a lot of customers (like us) enjoyed that promo that made them come back more often than before.

This time, we ordered MM's Club House (P180) instead of our usual Sample Platter.

Like any other Club House Sandwich, it also consists of four pieces but with fries instead of potato chips.

   MM Club House

I liked the Club Sandwich because of the mayonnaise and bread. It isn't that sour and the bread is not stale. Two pieces of these can really make you full because the serving of their fries were very generous. Four spoons.

   Wholesome Drinks

We had a break with the alcohol today, instead we all ordered soda for a change. tongue

Music Match is really a good place to unwind because their rates are cheaper and the food is good. However, I hope they would add more songs (new or old) because since we often go here, probably once a week, we kind of memorized the selection already. tongue

Music + Food = Match
Smile 2012-03-19

 Music Match

One of the Videoke hubs located in the busy place of Tomas Morato where a lot of people go to to celebrate whatever they want to celebrate or just to hang-out with friends just to unwind after a busy day in work.

   Sample Platter

Price: P220

Description: This platter consists of deep-fried dishes like french fries, cheese sticks, calamares, and Chicken Lollipop and served with dip.

Personal Review: Despite the oiliness of this dish, it still tastes good especially the cheese sticks and the chicken lollipop. The dip is a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup. As for the calamari, the squid was difficult to bite. It seemed that they overcooked the squid. I loved the cheese sticks so much because it has a long strip of cheese inside of the wrapper and the wrapper wasn't that thick.

The fries were okay too. It wasn't crispy nor soggy. It's the normal fries that we make in our own houses.

This is why we're Back
Just OK 2012-02-24 (Related Review)
It started last month when my friend and I constantly go here at Music Match just to unwind. We really don't mind if it is just the two of us. Usually in a Videoke bar, you see like four and up people in a group or per room but I find it better if it is just the two of you because you get to sing more and enjoy more. tongue

 Promo Card

Ever since we started hanging out there, they keep on giving us this promo card wherein you get one free hour for a minimum of two hours of singing. I thought three hours would be enough for us but lately, we exceed three hours. Maybe that is the reason why they keep giving us this promo card because one way or another, it is a win-win thing. We go back here, spend like more than three hours and we'll be back after a week. A very sneaky strategy to entice customers. tongue

This time, instead of drinking Tanduay Ice, we actually ordered food while singing. We ordered their Sample Platter.

   Sample Platter

Sample Platter (P220) has french fries, chicken lollipop, cheese sticks, and calamares. I actually liked almost everything especially the fries and cheese sticks but not for the calamares. They might have overcooked the squid because it is difficult to bite. Aside from that, the squid is kind of "malansa".

I give four spoons for their "Singing-mate" platter. I'll be going back to this place real soon. lol

A Bottle and a Mic
Smile 2012-01-25
These are just the two things that I need to keep my mind off stress and work.
Music Match has a promo until February 2012. For a minimum of two hours of singing be it in tune or out of tune, they give one hour on the house.

I could definitely say that this promo of theirs is quite enticing because after spending three hours singing and alcohol drinking, they will immediately give you another promo card probably until the month of February ends.

This promo is only available from Sunday to Thursday which was a very good timing because last Monday, January 23, 2012 was declared a holiday. smile

Their food choices look tasty and reasonable compared to other videoke places but our focus was how many songs can we sing in 3 hours. There wasn't really a good time to eat and chill for a while.

Maybe the next time we visit their, and if we are composed of a bigger group, we'd definitely try their Packages that includes food and hours of singing galore.

The place is nice and clean. The attendants are nice and very accommodating be it on a peak or off-peak days. A place recommendable for relaxation even if you have a terrible singing voice. tongue

Music Match!
Just OK 2011-02-23 (Related Review)
Music Match has always been the number one choice when it comes to karaoke. When my friends and I want to spend the night away and sing our hearts out. Music match would always be the choice.
Kapag kailangan mag reunion at mag get together, isa ito sa lagging naiisip naming puntahan. I missed my former colleagues, and dito nila napag desisyunan pumunta. Syempre, hindi na ako tatanggi dahil love ko din ang KTV bars. I find it really entertaining.
I first discovered the Tomas Morato Branch. Good thing they are starting to expand and put up some branches, everywhere.
The rooms are nice and clean. They have nice couches and sofas. You can actually lie down and just chill out. Not unless, your friends are having fun while screaming and yelling their song choice.
The food is not that special. They serve typical pulutan pica-pica like chicken, chicharon, bulaklak, cheese sticks, etc. If you are a beer drinker, you will enjoy their menu.
The Home depot branch is located along Julia vargas. It’s easy to locate and very accessible. You can ride a cab or even drive a car anytime. The parking lot is wide, you can always get a space where you can park your car.

Sing Your Stomach Out!
Smile 2010-05-20
I am a big fan of singing and not to mention, food. Music Match is just the right place for me. Nice songs, beer below zero degrees, great place, flat screen tv, modern and comfy couches! It’s not that expensive since you will be sharing the bill with other people.

We ordered chicken, tokwa’t baboy, cheese sticks, fries, and calamares! The food may not be that special but it was the singing part and the bonding moments with friends that really brought the house down.

When you're feeling bad, eating and singing are the solutions to defeat stress and anxiety symptoms! tongue
