Ming

Yesterday, I went to Ortigas to visit my previous office and my friends there.

I waited for them to finish their work and we all decided to have a get tother dinner at Ming Bistro which is located in G/F West Tower, PSE Center (Tektite), Exchange Road, Ortigas, Pasig City,

We ordered their authentic Fried Chicken, Hakaw (Shrimp Siomai), Salt & Pepper Spareribs, Cream Dory and my favorite beef aniseed.

This is the kind of beef aniseed that I really like.

The sauce was thick and flavorful, and the beef was really tender and juicy.

We totally had fun here at Ming Bistro and I highly recommend you try it too.

I have known Ming for 2 years already. On my first time to eat there, I was with my previous officemates and I have discovered that it offers a wide array of dishes that are totally delicious.

One my first time to return there after leaving Tektite, I brought my girlfriend and we ordered the dry beef noodles. We both liked it a lot because the noodles has a nice texture and the flavors are extraordinary. I can say that this is truly an authentic Chinese dining place.

After a long time, I went back here again at Ming Bistro & Bar.

I really loved their Siomai here the first time I tasted them during our gig for IOM's Christmas Party.

Their siomai is truly a special one.

It has real shrimp bits inside and also black olives on top.

The wrapper is not ordinary too.

It is yellow because it has a flavor too.

You may choose from fried or STEAMED siomai.

I prefer their STEAMED siomai because with that kind or way of cooking you get the best authentic Chinese flavor that I have been always looking for.

I will surely drop by here at Ming Bistro & Bar more often since it is just located near my office in G/F West Tower, PSE Center (Tektite), Exchange Road, Ortigas, Pasig City.

I have a friend who is working at IOM Philippines and she asked me if my band Mernuts can play for their Christmas Party and I said sure.

They held their Party at Ming which is located at their building too in G/F West Tower, PSE Center (Tektite), Exchange Road, Ortigas, Pasig City.

The place was very beautiful

It was well lit and they have a spacious place good for a Party like this.

After our first gig, they asked us to eat dinner and boy it was so good.

They served us with lots of foods like Siomai, Roasted Chicken, some shrimp balls, Beef Asado, Cream Dory and some seafood salad. It had no rice in it but it was okay. We were already full just with all the viands they served us.

The place was neat and the waiters and waitresses together with their Supervisor/ Manager were all very friendly and accommodating.

We had the best gig before the year ended.

When I went to Ortigas to visit my sister, I told her to treat me dinner because I'm hungry and I'm broke. She told me she'll take me to her favorite restaurant near her former office. The place was cozy and I was relaxed the whole time, they even have tv for entertainment. My sister ordered for me since she was the one who'll pay. When our ordered arrived, I became hungrier when I saw it and wants to eat it at the moment! The noodles are cooked right and the pork was so tender i don't event have to use a knife. the sauce is so flavorful. It's just a bit pricey for me but all in all, my experience at Ming is great!

For quite some time now, I have been meaning to bring my girlfriend to Ming at Tektite to try their Sesame Ice cream. She likes black sesame ice cream so much so I made it a point to have her to try that of Ming's. I have been in this restaurant once while I was still frequenting Tektite.When our sesame ice cream came out, I was excited for her to try it out. I loved it the first time I tried it but I liked the green tea ice cream more. Nonetheless, it is one of the best desserts in a restaurant I have tasted, not to mention I am with my girlfriend when I tried it again. Given that the flavor is not that ordinary, I'll give Ming 4 stars

This is a newly opened branch sa Tektite (PSE building) Ortigas......and yet di namin ito pinalampas....i personally , nasarapan sa foods nila

we ordered siopao.....and beef wanton mami ........also try thier Siomai super sarap..it's like pinagsamang beef,chicken and pork with shrimps pa!

Super sarap..and the ambiance? super ganda..naka dim light pa heheheheheh you dont have to worry about the place since napa ka accessible nya...try nyo po...

Ming just opened a few weeks (months) ago. I think just before holy week. They are I think still on their soft launching.

I decided to treat my team for lunch. And I wanted to try out this new Chinese resto downstairs. So, we headed to Ming.

I was told that they only serve rice toppings as they just opened. So, a few hundreds for a treat won't treat me, I said.

We ordered steamed fish fillet with garlic, hakaw, and beef stew.

The service was SOOOOOO slow! Given that it is lunch hour rush, but the waiting time really wasn't justifiable. We kept following up, but we were only told 'ok po, sandali lang' and then we wait. It took thirty minutes for them to send out the beef stew. The fish fillet and hakaw came in after a good ten minutes. When our cup of rice is almost non-existent. Hahaha!

Sayang lang coz food was great and affordable. But they should really do something about their service. I know it's just a soft opening, but given the 2 months of being opened to the public should have at least improved their service.

I really hope they get to their right senses already and improve their service.
