Choco and I had a great dining experience in Luk Yuen at Commerce Ave. Makati Supermarket, Alabang Town Center, Alabang-Zapote Road corner Madrigal and Commerce Avenues, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. We ordered rice bowl meals choco ordered Sweet Sour Pork and I ordered Fried Dumpling Rice Bowl. We had a great night and we enjoyed our dinner here in Luk Yuen. Eversince we loved luk yuen especially their dishes. Choco also loved this place and actually this is one of her favorite place to eat. This place is a comfort place for us, we even bring our families here so they can also experience the great food that Luk Yuen serves. if you're looking for a great food as well as great deal of money visit here.

Great tasting and affordable Chinese food
Smile 2010-04-14
Whenever we go to Alabang Town Center for groceries or just go "malling", it is given that we will stop over at Luk Yuen. My husband just fell in-love with their Beef Brisket Noodles. I tasted it myself and I can't blame him for loving the dish. The beef slices are tender and the beef flavor is locked in. For its broth, you can taste the rich, beefy flavor unlike in other Chinese restaurants where their beef noodle's broth tastes bland. It's definitely a must-try.

As for me, I often order either their pork chop with vegetable curry rice bowl or their spare ribs with tausi rice bowl. Both of them are good. I just think that the pork chop would taste much better if they put more curry sauce on it.

They also offer big orders for parties and celebrations. One order is good for 6 to 8 people. I ordered their lemon chicken and their sweet and sour pork for my birthday. Their lemon chicken is all right, but I like Flavors of China's better, and the latter tasted like any other sweet and sour pork from other Chinese fast food chains. Their dimsums are quite good, too, and I also like their iced tea that's made fresh from the blender.

Well, all in all, we recommend this to everyone especially those who like Chinese food. They offer fast service, freshly cooked food, and reasonable prices. What more can you ask for? smile
