I could be wrong but I trust the friend who told me "kulpy" means "honeyed." Last month, we walked into this newly-opened restaurant which had gotten us curious for a while since it's near our work place. Orange chairs, white walls and tons of take-out boxes in a corner for the staple menu item--the kulpy chicken.

For somebody who tired of the usual chicken meals at commonplace fast food restaurants, the kulpy chicken is a long overdue welcome change
. I mean it's orangey, hinting on its sweet spiciness; it's sprinkled with crushed peanuts and married to wedges of sweet potato. I ordered Set A which was a combo of rice, 5 to six chicken pops (with sweet potato), a radish side dish, and a glass of iced soda.

I appreciate the rich and newness of the flavor--sweet, spicy, herbish--and the refreshing tangy side dish; and the gigantic white square plates they serve them on is worth mentioning as well.
All this exciting experience for only P85!
