David's Congee

I got tired from all the walk that we did and I am beginning to be a little hungry since it was past 12 noon. My mom suggested a place to eat in Binondo. Her friend told her that they have good Chinese food. Unfortunately, we have been walking for several minutes now but we could not find that particular restaurant.

 David's Menu

We decided to just have our lunch at David's Tea House. I don't know what to get because honestly, I think I want to try them all. From Chicken to Beef. From Pancit to rice and all sort of dim sum. So, I decided to have their Congee instead since I don't eat congee all the time whenever I am in a Chinese Restaurant.

The waiter recommended David's Congee as their Bestseller. It should be because it costs P110 per order. I asked him what was inside the David's Congee and he just said it has everything. I didn't bother making him elaborate what everything means because my friend and I was really hungry.

   David's Congee

When they served my David's Congee, it was huge. No wonder it costs 100 bucks because it can be shared by two or three persons.

I don't know what's in it but it was delicious. It was flavorful. I didn't ask for any condiments like soy sauce or fish sauce. I didn't even add calamansi in it. Whatever toppings that they put in, it was all good. Five spoons! tongue
