In todays society, if one wishes to be notice and accepted they have to have that unique look or confidence in them. it is no longer appropriate for one to just be plain and subtle. Every impact of sexyness, confidence and achievements raises their appeal towards societies out look on them. This theory has truly been perfected by cova. As soon as you enter its doors, one gets that hair raising experience from the slick and sexy interior of the place. Not only does cova emit sexyness through its structures but its food is orgasmic.
The dish looks very chic and modern however, im really not a big fan of fried pasta, think pasta and fryers just dont go.
Mar y Tierra - surf and turf
Covas version of a surf and turf. tenderloin on top of a bread and toped of with prawn and parsleys.
signature drinks white and red sangria
Cova's signature drinks the summer peachy white wine sangria and their cova red sangria. Both drinks were excellent, refreshing with a kick.
tartar de toro - presentation of the dish showed the different components and level of the dish, how something so simple can be so elegantly portrayed. and it taste great too.
Dont be fooled by its dark appearance cause once you pop it in your mouth its such an explosion of flavor. this rice dish is a sure winner. kinda reminds me of the black bird from angry birds dark and big but goes out with a bang!

ox tripe, cheeks, jamon, blood sausages, tomatoes, sultan raisins and pine nuts - all these flavors mixed into one. One would think its too much that each flavor would miss match but thankfully this dish was excellent. all the different ingredients worked so well with each other complimenting flavors after flavors.
Lengua con setas
Ox tongue with mushroom and cream sauce. The meat was very tender and juicy. shows how the meat was cooked to a low heat for a long time. Although i wish they would have used lesser salt but nonetheless, this was just an awesome dish.
