Cocoy's is one of my usual destination when there's no food at home. Aside from it's very near from our house, their food is my comfort food. I also like the relax ambiance of it that there's no pressure on dressing up just to have a good meal. Their pares is my ultimate favorite. Its very delicious and the meat is very tender that it literally falls apart. The pares is very cheap too.

Cocoy Mami House is one our usual go to whenever we like to have relax yet decent meal. We love their pares because it's indeed delicious yet very affordable. This time, I did not go with my usual order, I decided to try one of their sizzling meals. The sizzling porkchop that I ordered look very tempting to dig in. Served on a sizzling plate with buttered rice, the prok chop comes with grave and some sides like green peas, carrots and corn. It can level up to the sizzling meal...

I used to be a huge fan of pares. I just love the tenderized beef placed in a sweetish "asado" like sauce eaten with fried rice with toasted garlic bits on top plus a hot beef broth soup. But when I went to Cocoy again, it wasn't the same. I still like the fried rice but the beef brisket tasted differently. Probably because it wasn't that hot. I can probably ask them to reheat it but I didn't. My friend, on the other hand, still didn't find the reason why a lot of people ...

A lot of my friends are telling me that Beef Pares is delicious. I was never into it and I only had a vague memory of eating Beef Pares. I think the first and the last time I ate Beef Pares was when my dad took me to a Pares place called Jonas way back when we still live in Manila. I tried having my breakfast at Cocoy because they say they have delicious Beef Pares. I ordered Asado Pares and my friend ordered Beef Pares. Well, it was alright. There wasn't really...

Cocoy's may not be the ideal place to dine in the the afternoon to grab some snack because it was really hot out there plus the parking space is not big and mostly you end up parking in front of other establishments.Their pancit bihon, well aside from their pares, is one of the reason I go back to. Aside from it's very cheap, it was delicious and they are generous with the ingredients that goes with it. My friend and I enjoys eating their pancit bihon.

Aside from tapa and sisig, pares has been one of Filipino's favorite lutong bahay too.For only Php 70.00 at Cocoy Mami House Restaurant, you get to have your own pares, fried rice topped with garlic and bulalo soup. For pares lover's, Cocoy's is one of the popular place to be. The ambience and parking might not be great but the taste of their bulalo covers all the inconvenience. The meat literally falls apart that makes it easy to eat. The sauce is tasty that you can p...

A famous place for Pares.Price: P75 Description: Beef stew cutlets served with the traditional pares sauce, garlic rice, and soup. Personal Review: Cocoy's place is a typical Pares House. A not so fancy and semi-open area. However, a lot of people go here and all types of people...if you know what I mean. tongue The beef chunks are really tender. The fried rice is served with chopped leeks, pieces of scrambled egg , and toasted garlic chips. Yummy!...
