Barrio Fiesta has a festive air. I guess because they want to project Filipino Fiesta ambiance. This is what impresses guests and loyal patrons. No wonder when you ticked off the lists of the top ten restaurants that specializes in Philippine cuisine you would always include Barrio Fiesta on the list.
This day was a treat for friends. You can say that we are celebrating something today. This is the right place to do this. The food was great as always. With Pancit Bihon for long life, Kare Kare, Mixed vegetables and Fried Chicken what more to look for? I guess it is simpler for Barrio Fiesta to offer Iced Tea but I think Pandan based drinks is more suited in projecting the Filipino vibe.
when my aunts and i are wanting filipino home made style dishes that is not commercialize... the choice are few and picking up a resto like barrio fiesta is easy.
our personal favorite in their menu would be the kare kare and crispy pata. i love foods that are served in hot plate and barrio fiesta never failed to serve us with freshly cooked entrees. that's why we keep coming back!
If you want a hearty meryenda of Filipino dishes such as dinuguan, puto at kutsinta, pancit, goto, native cakes and Pinoy snackfare just go to Barrio fiesta and eat your heart out Forget the size of your waistline for carbohydrates overflows and kids with sweet tooth might like to try to test their hyperactive palates on the unusual snack from their unusual resto. My kids loved the shrimp balls
