It was our Country Manager's birthday last Thursday and we decided to celebrate it with Amber goodies.
We've been informed by the HR that there would be some snacks at 3:30 PM in our Pantry.
Before the said time, some of my colleagues and I went ahead to check out what's in it for merienda.
We were so glad to see lots of foods in the table.
There were spaghetti, palabok, pichi pichi with cheese and that of with shreded coconut meat (niyog) and of course, the early birds like us had the opportunity to have a piece of Amber's delicious Barbeque!!!
We totally had a delicious meal & great time together.
In my own honest opinion, Amber's has the Best pichi pichi in town. Masarap ang pichi-pichi nila topped with cheese at perfect na partner sa any pasta. Ok din ang palabok nila medyo nakakasawa lang pag naparami ng kain at walang kalamansi. Otherwise, these are one of my favorite food combination.
Amber's specialty, aside from Pichi-pichi of course, is their Pancit Palabok. This one is so delicious that we kept coming back for more every time that we have occasions to celebrate or just wanted to have a great bonding food with our families and friends. Maraming toppings at hindi nakakasawa, perfect!
I especially love their Spaghetti and their Pancit Puti. These two variants have always been a personal favorite since 2010. I love spaghetti that has lots of cheese and hotdog.
While in their Pancit Puti, I love the fact that it has lots of "sahog" or toppings which is the very tasteful pork slices cooked and seasoned to perfection.
Before we only order AMBER during special occasions like birthdays. Now we order Amber even if we do not celebrate anything. It is so perfect for snack. Especially of course when your Barkada or Family is really big.
They have different sizes of Bilao for their Products. Small, Medium and Large Bilao. A small one can feed at least 10 to 12 persons while the medium one can feed maybe 15 to 20 persons and their Large Bilao can feed 25 or more persons already.
One of my friends in the office celebrated her birthday just last month. so she treated us all with some goodies from amber pancit malabon. she ordered a bilao of spaghetti that she shared for everyone. the spagahetti from amber tastes really good, it's delicious and not super sweet as what most pinoy do. it's pretty loaded with lots of hotdog slices on the top of it. and there's plenty of cheese also.
Amber has been one of the recent favourite places to order if the occasion calls for any type of celebration in the office and even at home. In small family gatherings the best way to prepare for a mini celebration is by cooking meals or ordering from a restaurant that serves food that we mutually like. Shayne was all smiles as the Amber Pancit Palabok and Pitchi Pitchi was about to be served after a few minutes of quick “pictorials”.
Pancit Palabok, this good is always a hit with almost all of the family members since most Filipinos are fond of this noodle dish. Most kids in the family and even adults love the Pancit sauce and garnishes.
Pitchi pichi is a perennial hit because it is sweet and has soft chewy consistency that even those who have sensitive gums will not have a hard time eating these native delicacies. This is one of the things that I love about Amber. They serve meals and native delicacies that are on the top of the list of every Filipino household.
We enjoyed dining at Amber Pancit Malabon in EDSA near Guadalupe Bridge, Mandaluyong City, Barangka Drive during our JP's despidida. We ordered Pancit Puti. I especially loved their range of pancit because they are all great in taste and presentation. Aside from their excellent food, I commend this restaurant’s service because they are fast in delivery. I recommend dining at Amber Pancit Malabon in EDSA near Guadalupe Bridge, Mandaluyong City, Barangka Drive during Anniversaries, Business Meetings, Dates, Product Launches, Baby Showers, Children's Parties, Graduation Parties, Birthdays, Conventions, Large Gatherings, Bridal Showers, Corporate Events and many more.
Amber Pancit Malabon in EDSA near Guadalupe Bridge, Mandaluyong City, Barangka Drive is one of my favorite restaurants. I used to come here with my friends and loved ones and it always satisfies my craving/s of Pancit Puti. If you haven’t been to Amber Pancit Malabon, I recommend you visit and order their Spaghetti with Meatsauce topped with hotdog strips and grated cheese, Barbeque and Pichi-Pichi. They also have lumpiang shanghai here. Damage to the budget is usually One hundred pesos to eight hundred pesos (PHP 100- PHP 800) for a group of 10 to 20 people and that is definitely worth it! I am looking forward to visiting Amber Pancit Malabon in EDSA near Guadalupe Bridge, Mandaluyong City, Barangka Drive again.
