Aggy's

Whenever we go to Alabang via BF Homes route, we always see Aggy's Cakes store. For years, we always see it, but we never tried their cakes until one day, I decided to try one. I went to their shop and I was quite dismayed on the selection of cakes available on display. I think there were only 4 to 6 cakes available. The reason for this is because they specialize in made-to-order celebration cakes so that's why they have a few cakes on display. They were promoting their Frozen Brazo de Mercedes so I decided to order one whole cake. I think it cost me around P650++.

So, I took the cake home and I placed it in the freezer. I took a bath and rested for a while. After 30 minutes, I went back to the fridge to try the cake and when I opened the box, half of the cake is already gone (my goodness!). It's not that my family are heavy eaters, but when I ate a slice, it's really good. I can taste the custard flavor and when combined with graham crust, it's really a treat. I also read from a blog somewhere or from a forum that their choco lava cake is also good, but I still haven't tried it.

They also offer special order cakes and so I decided to special order a Banana Cream Pie since I've never tasted one. When I got to taste it, it was also good, but I realized that a banoffee pie is better probably because of the toffee flavor. For the banana cream pie, it basically just whip cream and bananas with a crust

Aside from cakes, they also have lemon squares, brownies, breads, and assorted cookies in their shop so I suggest you visit the place and just take a sneak peak on what they have in store for you.
