As the big sign says, "Adobo Connection
" there specialty is Adobo, but no problem, if you're not a fan of Adobo, they serve other filipino dishes as well. For me when you say, Adobo, its a filipino dish that's brown in color, has a sweet, sour and salty taste to it, almost every Pinoy's favorite, but they do have different combinations of Adobo dishes.
The place is pretty small, the restaurant is actually located at the Dela Rosa carpark, just the right place to go to before I go home. Since, the terminal were I ride the shuttle is right at the carpark, this resto is just close by. And since, the place is quite small, most of the customers just orders for takeout.
My friends and I ordered their Party Platter
, which is already good for sharing. The Party Platter consists of Pork Sisig, which we liked the most, it had chicharon on top and the sisig tasted pretty good.
Then there was also Lumpiang Shanghai which was ok, Chicken BBQ which was dry and a little tough and as for the chicaron, they were really chewy, it was as if it was a batch from yesterday.
Then there was the tofu which was not the great, a little too dry. So, basically we only enjoyed the Sisig.
And as you noticed, we tried out the place to taste their specialty but we ended up eating something completely different haha.
