It’s another international cuisine to indulge this July at Oakroom Restaurant. American Wine & Food Festival will be served for the entire month to satisfy and give another gustatory feast to those who are craving for more westernized dishes.  

Beringer, classic wines from Napa’s finest appellations and vineyards will be paired to American victuals that offer cutting-edge quality and contemporary elegance. Rouse your appetite with the Duet of Seafood of Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, with lime mustard mayonnaise and Seafood Quesadilla a mixed cutlet of shrimp, crab, and calamares.  Appetizers are best paired with Beringer Pinot Grigio 2009—a clean and tasty wine with a touch of hazelnut for added complexity. Main entrée continued with Beer and Honey Marinated US Lamb Loin Chops and Barbecue Beef Brisket Creamy Coleslaw, Onion Rings and Baked Potato flawlessly blends with Beringer California Zinfandel 2008 that will give you a lively mouthfeel, with tannins that are soft and well rounded.  To complete the meal is the Red Velvet Torte with toasted pecans and philly cream cheese ice cream, a dessert that will smashed off your genial dining.
